Whidbey Island Wedding

We made the short ferry crossing from Mukilteo to Clinton and drove up to the slim middle of Whidbey Island to be a part of Denny and Libby's wedding. What a beautiful event! We played for the ceremony, providing pre-ceremony music, two processionals, accompanied a cover of Ellie Goulding's cover of Elton John's "Your Song", a recessional, and lots of tunes next to the bar after the ceremony. Old Time music is a surprisingly good match for a wedding, with melodies ranging from the sweetly melodic, to marchy, to unobtrusive but catchy background rhythms. And we dress up pretty good too!
